I talked to Brett at least three times before and after the process. Each time he was completely patient with me even though I was apologizing profusely for my lack of knowledge.
The fact that I was a domain novice did not bother him at all (or at least it seemed not to). He helped me get the domain I wanted and then talked to me after the sale to make sure everything was ok.
